ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS PROJECT CRITERION:
The
thermo-moulding HYDRAULIC PRESS IS projected with:

- SIEMENS series SIRIUS electro mechanics
- TELEMECANIQUE control panel

The electric and
electronic projects are conditioned by:
THE SAFETY:
The press is
protected on the front and on the back by three channels optical
barrier, 2 hardware +1 software; they are auto checked every
work cycle.
The emergency and
command inclusion circuits are separate, each circuit is
controlled by a certified safety device and every device has got
2 hardware + 1 software channels.
The sleight
slope and stamp hydraulic movement actuator, in addiction to be
controlled by emergency circuit, command inclusion and the
safety barrier, are controlled by a certified bimanual command,
this device has got 2 hardware + 1 software channels.
A special
program, control one by one the emergency circuits to prevent
they exclusion.
A safety dead
bolt, is auto plugged in to lock the sleight at each press
cycle; the impose program stop up quote, is adapted
automatically between the 6 possible lock quote.
If the
identification plug is present on the stamp, the press can
identify it to avoid program error.
The press
can identify the operator if his code is in the operator list,
to avoid manipulation by unauthorized personal, for the same
reason 9 password levels takes care the program data access.
Every
components are certified and installed respecting the CEE
directive.
FLEXIBILITY OF
USE:
The automatic
working program was created to be totally flexible, to allow the
technologist to adapt programs in accordance to his necessity
and competence. In order to do this, for example, we have
introduced the work rush speed and pressure profile, the free
definition of the pressing and degas number, every of each
phases, with pressure, speed and time pressing can be septate
separately.
Regarding the
flexibility of the use, a chapter have to be spent for the
press/stamp synergy, expressed by sixteen oleo-dynamics border
stamp unit, eight for the upper part and eight for the lower
part, directly controlled by the press software. Each unit can
be connected in the desired stamp section, by the software.
Further
each of the four active stamp section can be septate with a
different cycle, as preferred from: blanking, moulding or
saddling, with time, pressure and work order different by
program to program.
The stamp,
recognized by the press means the identification plug, can work
with different programs.
The
programs resident in the file, can be easily modified,
duplicated, renamed and deleted, also when the machine is
working, without stop it because the active program is
independent by the displayed program.
TOTALY
PARAMETRIZATION:
All the component
mounted on the press are characterized with setting data,
resident in the PLC memory. That means, if need to replace a bad
component, (solenoid valve, position transducer, pressure
transducer), a calibration on the new component isn't necessary.
Is easy to modify the characteristic of a component, with the
reserved access menu. This possibility has to be authorized by
the MC2 technician.
CONNECTION TO OTHER PERIPHERAL
The Profibus net,
where we have connected CPU, all the peripheral,
actuator, solenoid
valve, pressure transducer and position transducer, is easy to
connect to others peripherals like supervision net, integration
between systems ( manipulators, power supply, cut machine etc.).
For
example, two press can be connected together and exchange they
data, connected to a centralized supervision system, or
connected to a data collecting net. A press can be connected via
modem, to the MC2 technical service by the TELESERVICE.
